OPTIONAL MATERIALS & RESOURCES FOR THE 21-DAY JERF CHALLENGE

If you are registered, these optional materials can enhance your experience. NONE of these are REQUIRED, but they are great resources and we highly recommend them.

Instant Pot (6 quart or larger) – While you can make any of the recipes in the JERF Challenge without an Instant Pot, learning to use it WILL change your life and give time in your day back to you. We highly recommend that you purchase one (any model, 6 quart or larger) for this challenge.

8 oz Wide Mouth Mason Jars – These are great space savers for weekly meal prep, but you can use any containers you like. Just make sure you have enough containers to prep and portion out breakfast, lunch and dinner for a few days at a time.

BPA Free Mason Jar Lids – These won’t rust and can be washed and reused every time.

Anti-Inflammatory Eating for a Happy, Healthy Brain: 75 Recipes for Alleviating Depression, Anxiety, and Memory Loss – For those who like to go a little deeper with the science behind food choices, this is an excellent read!

The Instant Loss Series by Brittany Williams – Brittany’s recipes are simple and delicious, and using her any or all of her book will teach you how to use your Instant Pot like a pro (as will this program).
